RCN role for Hannah Cadogan

CHCT Board Associate Hannah Cadogan has been appointed Royal College of Nursing Lead Nurse-Lived Experience. Hannah, an ex-patient of the Cassel Hospital, is both a hospice nurse and has lived experience of serious mental illness.
The role will enable Hannah to be at the forefront of integrating lived experiences into nursing, gaining invaluable insights and expertise that can reshape the future of healthcare.
Hannah is also the designer of the Cassel Centenary quilt which was created by patients and staff to mark the centenary of one of the world’s first therapeutic communities.
