Dr Dagmar Zeuner
Dr Zeuner is a former Director of Public Health in various London Boroughs (2007-2023). She was one of the vice chairs of the Association of Directors of Public Health London (ADPHL), and its lead director for Children and for Climate and Health. She trained as general paediatrician with practice in UK and Africa, was MD of the Institute of Child Health, London, and one of the original members of the first Public Health Intervention Advisory Committee of NICE.
Dr Zeuner is passionate about excellence and fairness in health and health care. She is currently working as public health advisor for Barnardo’s and the Faculty of Public Health, is an honorary assistant professor at London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, an honorary member of ADPH and a local Home-Start volunteer.

Professor Sally Glen
Sally is an academic and has extensive experience of strategic leadership as a Deputy Vice Chancellor, Pro Vice Chancellor and Dean in a range of universities. She has published widely in the field of health care professional education and she continues to supervise mid-career nurses and allied health professionals undertaking health related PhDs. She is a registered Adult and Children's Nurse and is a registrant panel member of the Nursing and Midwifery Council’s “Fitness to Practise Panel”.
Sally is a Non-Executive Director at West London NHS Trust and Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. She is Chair of the Metanoia Institute, a higher education establishment training psychotherapists and counsellors. She is also a Trustee of a charity supporting service users with mental health challenges and/or a learning disability.

Paul Jullien
Paul has a background in technology and business having worked for a variety of organisations. His work took him to many countries and he still enjoys travel when circumstances permit.

Lady Joanna Knatchbull (Trustee Emerita)
Joanna has practised in the past as a psychotherapist, working mainly with young unemployed or low-waged people. She is currently trustee of several charities supporting the elderly, and the educational needs of the young.

Maureen Miller (Chair)
A former barrister and Head of Membership Services at the Law Society of England and Wales, Maureen’s career experience also includes publishing, marketing and business development and, most recently, corporate engagement and fundraising in the charity sector with Citizens Advice Westminster.

Rebecca Rudd
Rebecca Rudd worked for 25 years in the advertising industry with wide ranging experience including the finance, charitable and communication sectors. She specialised in the automotive sector, having worked on 8 automotive accounts. She enjoyed a 5 year pan-European project director role with Mercedes-Benz.
Building on what she had learned in industry, using her commercial knowledge, she became a teacher of Business and Economics within the secondary sector, with roles ranging from Head of Department to Vice Principal.
Rebecca is now retired, looking to add a deep connection to The Cassel Hospital Charitable Trust’s mission, engaging with the distinct and varied challenges associated with complex emotional needs and personality disorder.
Rebecca has lived in Ham for over 30 years.
Linda Stradins (Vice-Chair)
Linda is former Service Manager at The Cassel Hospital. She is a mental health nurse and previously worked in the armed forces before joining the NHS.

Brian Waters
Brian is principal of architects and planning consultants The Boisot Waters Cohen Partnership. He is chairman of the National Planning Forum and of the London Planning & Development Forum. In 2014, he became a member of the plan drafting group of the Ham and Petersham Neighbourhood Forum.

Gareth Williams
Gareth’s career has been in international marketing and capability consultancy. He is currently a volunteer consultant with The Cranfield Trust and is an executive coach.
